DC has just given us our first look at some of their awesome upcoming variants for several series. Above is the beautiful (1:200) Jim Lee variant cover to Before Watchmen: Silk Specter #1, set to come out June 13th with interior art by Amanda Conner and scripting by Darwyn Cooke. Now we’ve already showed you the basic cover here, but there are 2 more covers which can be seen below.

Here is the 1:25 variant cover by Dave Johnson:

And here is the digital combo pack variant by Amanda Conner  (which is in truth just a recoloring of the normal cover)

 

In a very different style we also have an advanced look at the variant cover for The Shade #9 by Frazer Irving:

And a nice first glance at the Rafael Albuquerque Batman #10 variant, which seems to feature a very broken court of owls.

Both of the above variants will release with their regular covers’ release date of June 13th, though depending on your shop they will likely not be priced the same as their more common regular covers.
