YaoiCon ’12: Sublime Releases For 2013!
Earlier this month, Viz Media subsidiary, Sublime Manga, announced plans for a very big year of new Yaoi publications. Sublime, which is known for their boy love and yaoi releases, began publication late last year to rather great success. The American market is filled with fans of boy on boy manga, many of which happen to be female fans oddly enough, and Sublime is taking advantage of their lack of completion by bringing over many high quality, uncensored, English translations of yaoi and BL manga from some of the most prominent creators and authors in the genre. However, next year Sublime is looking to step it up a notch, as they continue to publish many of their beloved on-going series, but add quite a few new titles to the mix. At YaoiCon ’12 this month, Sublime announced 11 new titles for both print and digital release that titillated fans in attendance. The forthcoming new titles are all rated ‘M’ for Mature Readers. The print releases will hit stores with an MSRP of $12.99 US, while the digital releases will be available for $5.99 a volume at www.SuBLimeManga.com. Of course, I’m sure at this point you are more interested in what these new titles are. So without further adieu, the newly announced yaoi titles of 2013 are:
