Everyone who has been to San Diego Comic Con knows that there is A LOT of different things going on. There is so much information to take in, and sights to see, it is almost impossible to know and do everything. So here are just some of the things that I saw and subsequently learned from my time at this years’ Comic Con in no particular order.
1. There is SOOOO much to do outside the convention center. From Legendary Pictures’ Godzilla experience to Ubisoft transforming the Star of India into a pirate ship to promote Assassins Creed IV, if you More >

Sure we’re mixing our naval time periods with the classic WWII line, but loose lips certainly have put a leak in Ubisoft’s upcoming announcement for Assassin’s Creed IV (or 4, if you prefer your numerals more Arabic). Due to a marketing material leak, images are already floating around the net for the European cover to Assassin’s Creed IV, revealing the full title as Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag. The cover, depicted below, shows fans that we’ll get a new time period and a new assassin with a more high seas flair to him as Ubisoft’s CEO, Yves Guillemot, hinted at More >
Five years ago, Assassin’s Creed was released to the world and has quickly become a global cultural phenomenon. The first game saw release on November 13th, 2007 for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Windows OS to extreme critical acclaim and financial success. Over the past 5 years it has spawned several video game spin-offs and sequels, comics, novels, and movies. With Assassin’s Creed III, Ubisoft’s fastest-selling game to date, the series has built upon a unique vision, merging the exploration of historical events with incredible action and social stealth.
In addition, the game franchise has reached over four million fans More >
The third Assassin’s Creed game, set during the American Revolution, hits stores next week on October 30th in the US, and October 31st everywhere else. But if you’re looking to play right now, we have a way for you to do that on this very page. Well it might not be the actual game itself, the Bunker Hill interactive trailer below gives fans an idea of the gameplay and features the same footage shown off at this year’s San Diego Comic Con. The fun twist is that you get to decide Connor Kenway’s actions as he attempts to take down More >
For those who missed out on our live tweeting from San Diego’s Comic Con International all last week, we’ve collected the majority of our updates below. They are posted with the most recent tweets first, and go back to tuesday before the hall opened. As noted in the first tweet, unfortunately we did no live tweeting on Sunday due to an unfortunate loss of the Speak Geeky To Me social networking phone (apparently it really wanted to take a swim in the Marriott pool). Remember to follow the Speak Geeky To Me twitter account for Geek filled tweets, celebrity retweets, live More >

Some video game companies sure are scared about not selling their product, to where I can only imagine the frantic screaming of “We may not hit the numbers we want! Tits and ass, hurry! TITS AND ASS!” So, to battle that terrifying thought of not making sales, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier developers Ubisoft decided on a…not so descreet business marketing scheme. To fortify their sales and to draw in more of their targeted audience, Team Ghost was made. Team Ghost consists, so far, of three celebrities, NBA star Kevin Love as the team’s shooter/sniper, Oklahoma state football star Justin Blackmon More >

WARNING: Plot spoilers inside. This article most definitely discusses the ending of Mass Effect 3.
For a few weeks now, Mass Effect 3 has whipped up a firestorm in gaming communities online. It all started with disaffection over the ending of Mass Effect 3, one loudly declared nonsensical and unsatisfactory by many angry gamers. A great many gamers accuse the ending of not giving closure to what has been an epic, unbroken story across three full games of character development, relationship-building, and galaxy saving, all let down by shoddy writing in it’s final moment of glory. Do not believe them. The ending is More >
