Marvel Media Madness (with Android AR Review)

Before I get into more on the Marvel AR app, I thought it prudent to point out some important dates coming up for Marvel’s media end:
Today, April 4th: Avengers vs X-men #1 hits stores. This weekend I got to test out Marvel’s new AR app on an early release copy of Avengers Vs X-men #1. Unfortunately the app is currently only out on apple products (with android products getting a release of the app very shortly), so I had to track down an iPad. Let me hilariously point out, that it was much easier for me to get my hands on AvX #1 than it was for me to get someone to let me borrow their iPad. Did you manage to pick up a copy of Avengers Vs X-men #1 today at your comic shop? Well, you certainly weren’t supposed to. Yet a number of comic shops around the world today didn’t seem to get that memo and put copies on shelves and into pull-lists a week ahead of schedule. However, are these comic shops truly at fault?
