Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Gets A Full Trailer

ABC and Marvel are just pushing out the incredible new content to promote their upcoming TV series, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Today they updated their brand new youtube account with 2 videos. One is a 7 second clip that performed as a small teaser 2 hours before this full trailer giving us a proper look at the pilot and concept. August 2013 Solicits For DC Comics

DC has some final issues set to come out this August along with some special one-shots. Continuing DC’s big summer event of the Trinity War, there is a Trinity War Directors Cut special which features Geoff John’s script and Ivan Reis’ penciles. You can also look forward to the huge Batman Inc Special with its solicit directly below. Sadly a few titles are on their final issue, so fans will have to say goodbye to great series like Legion of Super-heroes, Demon Knights, Dial H, and Threshold. If you were watching Once Upon A Time on ABC tonight, you probably saw this trailer first. But now, thanks to Marvel, the trailer for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is online! Yes, the new TV series set in the Marvel Movie-verse has a full teaser trailer now, even though we are still awaiting the show’s premiere date. But thanks to ABC green lighting the series for a full season on Friday, fans are already dying just for a glimpse at anything from the pilot. ABC Green Lights Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD

It was announced almost a year ago that Joss Whedon was working on a SHIELD TV series for ABC that would be part of Marvel’s movie-verse that included Avengers, Iron Man, etc. At the time we knew Joss Whedon would co-write the pilot with his brother, Jed Whedon, and sister-in-law, Maurissa Tancharoen. Black Sails Gets Key Art & A Premiere Date From Starz

News on Starz’s upcoming pirate-themed TV series is coming to shore quicker than expected, as the company not only announces a premiere date, but gives us some stunning key art for the series. Black Sails is now set to premiere on Starz in January of 2014. The initial season will be just 8 episodes, but they certainly look like they’ll make for an amazing 8 hours.

Ender’s Game Trailer

Orson Scott Card’s most popular novel is being made into a movie, if you didn’t know. That news may be rather dated however, but this trailer is as fresh as you can get. The new film, based off Card’s 1985 Sci-Fi novel, will star The Boy in the Striped Pajamas‘ Asa Butterfield as protagonist, Andrew “Ender” Wiggin. Accompanying Butterfield is an all star cast that includes Harrison Ford, Ben Kingsley, Abigail Breslin, Viola Davis, and more.
