Batman’s Arkham Origins trailer is finally here, as promised back on Thursday. The trailer reminds me of one we got a few years back, featuring Batman fighting off Tyger Guards and Doctor strange. This one, however, has Batman, Deathstroke, Deadshot, and Black Mask all appearing as rather amazingly badass. The game releases October 25th of this year and apparently offers Deathstroke as a playable character if you pre-order now. Even though the developer has switched from Rocksteady to Warner Bros. Games Montreal, and we will no longer have classic voice actors Kevin Conroy as Batman or Mark Hamil as Joker, More >
The newest game in the Batman: Arkham line from DC Comics, Warner Bros Interactive, and Rocksteady Studios is set for release this Fall. Well, that is except for the fact that Rocksteady Studios will not be involved in this round of Arkham fun, as Warner Bros has decided to bring the game to their in-house studio at Warner Bros. Games Montreal. A worrisome fact, certainly, but many of the designs, including the modified Unreal 3 Engine, will stay with the game. The new game will be called Batman: Arkham Origins and was announced online last month. Batman: Arkham Origins features an More >
DC has some final issues set to come out this August along with some special one-shots. Continuing DC’s big summer event of the Trinity War, there is a Trinity War Directors Cut special which features Geoff John’s script and Ivan Reis’ penciles. You can also look forward to the huge Batman Inc Special with its solicit directly below. Sadly a few titles are on their final issue, so fans will have to say goodbye to great series like Legion of Super-heroes, Demon Knights, Dial H, and Threshold. Hopefully this means there will be some awesome new titles in September, but More >

If you’re looking for some cute swimwear for this summer or you’re a fan of the fun leggings, head over to Romwe right now! They currently have a selection of unlicensed clothing featuring characters from both the DC and Marvel universe.
The clothing features artwork of Francis Manapul, Carmine Infantino, some Dark Knight promotional artwork, artwork from Batman: Knightfall, and other various Batman cover art.
Here’s a peek at what they have to offer.
I absolutely adore this suit, I think it would look fantastic with a black coverup skirt (this one would look adorable with this suit) and some wedge sandals!

No, Scott Snyder is not writing Batman into a Nine Inch Nails album or a book by Jeff Long or Robert Reid. However, what he is doing is trumping Frank Miller by going back and telling the story of Batman’s first year as a caped crusader…the year before Year One. Batman: Year One was one of Frank Miller’s most famous Batman tales, a post-Crisis on Infinite Earth‘s origin for Batman that ran from issues #404-407 of the main Batman title back in 1987. It was the story of Bruce Wayne’s first year of Batman and has been the basis for Christopher More >

For the last 13 years Eaglemoss Ltd has been wow-ing fans with their various licensed lead figurine partwork lines. Their latest line is called Batman Automobilia, featuring, you guessed it, Batmobiles (and a few other Bat named means of transportation)! These vehicles are 1:43 scale and die cast. Along with the overall review of this current product line, I will also specifically be reviewing Batmobile #3 in the series, the recent release of the 2005 Batman Begins Tumbler.
I have been a fan of the Eaglemoss collections for years, having collected various Marvel and DC Heroes as well as the full More >
We’ve already learned that June will feature a new wave of #1 titles into DC’s New 52, with the first of which announced being Larfreeze, an on-going based around the popular Orange Lantern of Green Lantern fame. Today we hear word of yet another new #1 from DC set to hit stores this June: Superman/Batman. This will be the second volume of the Superman/Batman series, and the first of which to take place in the New 52. Volume 1 of Superman/Batman premiered in August 2003 as a new form of the classic series, World’s Finest, teaming up the caped crusader More >
April brings some big surprises to the DC universe, but you wont see much of them on the covers or solicits to this month’s books. DC is bringing gatefold covers (fold out covers that were quite popular about 20 years ago in the comic industry) to each of the New 52 titles, with the hidden half of the cover that will be folded up on the shelf all set to shock and awe the readers. Of course, because of these shocking covers, we only get half of them for now. You’ll also note the solicit descriptions run a little…short. These More >
