Stan Lee, Stan Lee, Does Whatever A Spider-Man Can in The Amazing Spider-Man Video Game
May 19th
Activision currently has a release date of June 26th for their upcoming movie tie-in video game, The Amazing Spider-man. However, this isn’t just any movie video game, as it actually works as a direct sequel to the movie…despite coming out a week prior to the July 3rd film premier. The game takes place after Michael Morbius accesses the Oscorp research of Dr. Curt Connors (the Lizard) to create more cross-species experiments. Because of this, Spider-man will be running up against the Rhino, Iguana, and Black Cat. Oh, and there are some pretty gnarly spider-slayers (see the trailer below). The game More >
John Romita Jr.’s World Record Signing for Charity
May 6th
John Romita Jr. is attempting to break his own World Record, the longest personal signing and drawing appearance. For 50 hours John Romita Jr. sat in his chair with bathroom breaks only once every five hours. He feasted on nuts, dried fruit, and small amounts of water. He slaved away signing and sketching for his loving fans, for 50 straight hours! But, why? Why would a man put himself through this not once, but twice? For charity, of course!

Sure it’s not the Ultimate Spider-man we were hoping for when it was announced…and it may not be a Spider-man we’re very familiar with, but try and tell me Emma Stone doesn’t make a hot Gwen Stacy! Apr 7th
The Eisner Awards are a long running comic industry award series that has been held at the San Diego Comic Con International since 1990. These awards are given to some of the greatest comics and creators each year, honoring their significant contribution to the sequential art form. This year the award show has a great and well rounded list of judges and nominees you can find out more about here. But I’m sure More >
