SG2M Travels: Long Beach Comic Expo ’12
This Saturday, May 12th, some of the Speak Geeky To Me staff will be wandering the dealers hall of Long Beach Comic Expo. A sunny Saturday with Geeky comics, panels, and signings can also be had by any of you local to or around Long Beach this weekend. Check out the info below, get your comics ready to get signed, and prep for some awesome panels in this one-day get away that will prep you all for the convention season. Hopefully we will see you there!

History: The 2012 expo will begin Long Beach’s 4th year running both a spring expo and fall convention in sunny Long Beach, California. Its first year was marked by Stan Lee & Long Beach City Councilmember Robert Garcia opening the show with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and an overall attendance of 6,300+ unique individuals. The show has continued to steadily grow ever since. The spring shows are one day events, but in the past they’ve included major events like the filming of Felicia Day’s The Guild, live on site.
