Beautiful girl? Check. Up-skirt shots and sexual themes with said girl? Check. Zombies? Check. Rock-And-Roll Music? Also check.

Sounds a little weird, but an oh so perfect combination of sex, blood, and rock-and-roll in the new game being published by both Japan’s Kadokawa games and America’s own WB Interactive Entertainment. I for one am the type of person that enjoys all three of these things, and now they are combined ever so lovingly into an amazing looking video game. With the help of James Gunn, the writer for Dawn of the Dead and Slither, Lollipop Chainsaw is sure to have a fantastic storyline as well as some zombie decapitation. Release date is June 12th! Like the trailer states, “More severed heads than the French Revolution!”

The storyline for the game is as follows: The story revolves around Juliet Starling, a zombie hunting cheerleader. Her boyfriend Nick suffered a nasty zombie bite, so he was decapitated and is being kept alive using some sort of magic. Juliet lovingly carries her on her hip at all times. The zombie outbreak was caused by one of Juliet’s classmates, an evil goth sorcerer named Swan. The zombies are led by “a group of zombie rock-and-roll-lords”. It sounds really interesting. Kind of like Scott Pilgrim meets zombie apocalypse.

Not only does the game have sexiness on its side, the music is sure to be a great part in the game. Little Jimmy Urine from Mindless Self Indulgence is scoring all of the boss battles and even voicing a zombie God of his own, Zed. Zed is a punk rockish looking zombie, and Little Jimmy Urine has matched his music to fit the character. Actually, each “zombie rock lord” has their own look and music. Vikke is a metal Viking, Josey is the super master of funk, Mariska is a psychadelic hippie chick with some peaceful tunes, and many other super rockin’ bosses.
