Before New York Comic Con started last week we shared some of Marvel’s many teasers for upcoming series and storylines they intended to publish come 2014 and announce at the show. Wolverine vol.5 #1 Marvel Now Preview

As many #1 issues have existed with Wolverine in the pages, let alone title, it is almost astonishing to believe this is only the fifth US Marvel series titled Wolverine. Never-the-less, Wolverine is back in his 5th volume of the self-titled series, following up Cullen Bunn’s recent culmination of the 4th volume (that had numbering merged from all previous volumes) with issue #317. Marvel Now’s Secret Avengers: The Further Adventures of Marcus Johnson and Cheese

Marcus Johnson and Cheese, two names you’re sure to run into in tomorrow’s Secret Avengers #1. So who exactly are these two characters? Why are they so important? Phantoms & Ghosts: A Rare Form Of Comics Variants

Late last year 2 groups sprung almost out of thin air, producing rare and beautifully designed comic variants of indie Image titles for select comic shops around the US. Both groups had rather ghoulish names, the first being called Ghost Variants, with the other being referred to as Phantom Variants.
