Cryptozoic is entering the on-going comic field with a bang thanks to the aid of fan favorite webcomic, Penny Arcade. Penny Arcade creators Jerry ‘Tycho’ Holkins and Mike ‘Gabe’ Krahulik created The Lookouts originally as part of their Penny Arcade webcomic with this funny one-shot back in June 2009. Now The Lookouts is set to be an on-going comic book series written by Ben McCool (Choker). While the story of The Lookouts was developed by Penny Arcade’s Jerry Holkins and Cryptozoic’s President & CCO Cory Jones, Jerry will not be scripting the actual comic. The art end has a similar story, More >

Marvel’s Avengers Vs X-men wraps up in September, but the heat of summer might not end there. This October, Marvel is going to war! Or atleast that’s what their new teasers would hint at. With 3 new ads, boldly stating This Is War! and showing iconic Avenger weapons (Captain America’s shield, Wolverine’s claws, and Thor’s hammer), we’re still left with little about this new event. Perhaps this will just be the fall out of AvX, perhaps the events of the Phoenix and Avengers vs X-men battle wont simply end with AvX #12. It is really hard to say just yet, More >
