This month just feels like one convention after another for the staff here at Speak Geeky To Me, and that is probably because it has been. So far in the past few weeks we’ve been to Long Beach Comic Con, LA’s Comikaze, and now we have yet another one coming up this week! However, this one is certainly a change of pace from the comic convention style of creators sitting behind booths and selling/signing stuff. Pacific Media Expo ’11 is this weekend in Inglewood (think more like LAX airport than the location Snoop Dogg might rap about) [or Westchester, if you look it up on wikipedia...or perhaps know better]. This expo is more what we at Speak Geeky To Me consider an Anime Convention, in that it is more focus on a gathering of like minded people, cosplay, a dealers hall of foreign goodies, and after hours parties/dancing. So if you’re in the area or can make it out to PMX ’11, check out the information below and give us a hello if you see us walking the floor.
