Just a few short hours before today’s big DC Retailer Roadshow (the first of several) in Burbank, CA, DC has dropped the bombshell of June’s post-Convergence plans. What are they? Well, they involve 24 brand new comic series, a dropping of the New 52 branding, and some major creative team shake ups. This is certainly some interesting and, in a few cases, unexpected twists to the stories currently unfolding at DC. It seems Warner Bros has finally learned its lesson about keeping it all in house, with DC properties seeing new TV shows at NBC in the way of Constantine and Fox for Gotham. The Flash Leaks - A Few Spoiler Avoiding Thoughts

The pilot episode of The Flash has leaked online, well before its intended release date of October 7th this year. Because of this, well I’m not the type to jump on a full review over such, I’d like to point out some of the hopeful bits that might entice you a bit towards checking out this new series when it premieres on CW this Fall. DC Comics has just released their new solicits for December 2013, and it looks as if there are even more shake ups in the creative teams than the recently announced Batwoman change that saw J.H. Williams III and Haden Blackman out. So just who is out and who is in?

August 2013 Solicits For DC Comics

DC has some final issues set to come out this August along with some special one-shots. Continuing DC’s big summer event of the Trinity War, there is a Trinity War Directors Cut special which features Geoff John’s script and Ivan Reis’ penciles. You can also look forward to the huge Batman Inc Special with its solicit directly below. Sadly a few titles are on their final issue, so fans will have to say goodbye to great series like Legion of Super-heroes, Demon Knights, Dial H, and Threshold.
