To help promote this, actors like Norman Reedus have been traveling around the world promoting the show for its international broadcaster, Fox. Apparently Fox determined this was the perfect time to help promote their new social media driven advertising campaign “#getFOXed.” How were they going to do this? What better way than to scare the most beloved zombie killer on television with a taste of real life zombies. For that they turned to Nick Santonastasso, a 17-year old Walking Dead fan with a rare syndrome called Hanhart that has left him with only one arm and no legs. Despite this syndrom, Nick takes full advantage of his situation to live life to the fullest and entertain thousands via his popular zombie pranks on Vine. Fox approached Nick and flew him out to Tokyo, where Reedus was promoting the February 10th International premiere of The Walking Dead season 4.5. There Nick joined up with the actor who plays Rick on The Walking Dead, Andrew Lincoln, to properly prank Reedus. Check out the hilarious results below:
