So this week has been pretty flush with great news for Star Wars fans (one bit of news is even greater for Southern California fans) all coming out of Celebration Europe II in Messe Essen, Germany this past weekend.
Kathleen Kennedy announced that John Williams would once again be providing his incredible talent to score Star Wars Episode VII.
“I’ve loved doing the Star Wars films, with all the fanfares and flourish. The galaxy far, far away – I actually feel like I’m still in it, that I never really left it, having worked on all of the six films! I’m just happy More >

While on the floor of this year’s Anime Expo, model and actress Brenna Rhea got fitted for a brand new and very anime themed wig. The cotton candy colored wig was available at Fanciful Gifts and is sure to make anyone fit in to the cosplay heavy exhibit floor of California’s largest anime convention. Check out the process of putting on this fanciful wig and how quickly it changes Brenna’s look to blend in with the crowds in the video down below.

Earlier this year, Brewery Ommegang brought to life the Game of Thrones in a rather unique fashion. With the aid and licensing of HBO, the New York brewing company made a delicious blonde ale beer by the name of Iron Throne. This Game of Thrones inspired beer quickly sold out across the country, being a highly sought after and limited consumable product. Those lucky enough to enjoy it likely enjoyed more than one, despite the large bottle size of 750ML or 1 Pint and 9.4 fluid ounces. Unfortunately this left many to go without or not even realize the limited edition More >

Indie review takes up-and-coming indie and creator-owned series and puts them through the review process so you can confidently support the best of the small press and passion driven projects in the comic industry.

Anime Expo was back on top this year, as the convention was perhaps the best it had been in years. Filled with amazing cosplayers, big exhibitors, a stunning artist alley, a very large video game room, panels, and much much more.
