Writer Paul Tobin (The Witcher, Adventure Time: The Flip Side) and artist Juan Ferreyra (Rex Mundi, Falling Skies) are back for yet another of the dark and twisted horror series, Colder! While the team is also working on Prometheus: Fire and Stone for Dark Horse, this type of horror adventure gets much more in your head and doesn’t really let go with the stunning and nightmarish imagery provided in Colder. In the series’ newest volume, entitled The Bad Seed, life goes on for protagonist Declan Thomas after his deadly encounter with the psychotic Nimble Jack. Yet the story hasn’t truly calmed, as Declan’s strange powers continue to develop, offering him a profound connection with the nature of insanity. Little does he know that the malevolent Swivel, an entirely new kind of madness, has come to town and wishes to pick up where Nimble Jack left off!
