Spider-Gwen Continues This Fall In New Series

Gwen Stacy’s revival in Marvel comics as Spider-Gwen has brought a lot of readers to the youthful book that tells an alternate tale of a character that had originally been killed off several decades ago. Her first appearance in the Edge of Spider-Verse mini-series that tied into last Fall’s big Spider-Man event definitely caught fans hearts and many readers gladly dove into the characters self-titled on-going series, Spider-Gwen, this spring. Doctor Strange Gets New Comic Series This Fall

Doctor Stephen Strange has become quite the popular Marvel character recently, having played a powerful role in Jonathan Hickman’s New Avengers and running Battleworld as Doom’s right hand man in the big Secret Wars comic event. Dark Horse Debuts On Comixology

Comixology hinted at it last week, but now it’s officially here: Dark Horse makes its digital comics debut on Comixology at last! Today Comixology has proudly announced a digital distribution agreement with Dark Horse Comics, the largest independent comic book publisher, to bring their full digital catalog of collections, graphic novels, and manga to comiXology’s platform! Now, all Dark Horse Comics collections, graphic novels, and manga will be available on comiXology the same day the print versions arrive in bookstores.

Hellboy Or Perhaps Dark Horse Comics To Find Their Way To Comixology

While Comixology has quickly grown to be the top digital comic service online or in app form, hosting both Marvel and DC’s massive catalog amongst thousands of indie comics, they do lack a few titles. Publishers like Dynamite and Dark Horse have went their own route, with Dark Horse holding their own digital comic service and app to keep things away from Comixology. SDCC ’15: Aspen MLT Makes Preemptive Announcements

The biggest comic convention in America is nearing, and as San Diego Comic Con gets ever closer that means the news relating to and coming out of the event will start filling our pages. First up comes surprisingly from Aspen however, as they really dive to the front of the news circuit with some major new announcements.
